Havula Sport Pure L-Glutamine

L-glutamine is the body's most abundant free amino acid, heavily used by muscles under intense strain. After a long gym session or a tough ski run, the body's amino acid stores deplete, leaving muscles in need of quick nourishment for the next workout. This powder is completely pure, without any artificial flavours or colours. It mixes instantly into plain water or your favourite drink and leaves no bitter aftertaste, so you can enjoy it right in the locker room immediately after training.
