Natural strength and steady recovery

For light daily outdoor activities, pure magnesium bisglycinate in the evening is often enough. For heavier gym workouts or running, consider adding a powder containing plant-based glutamine.

We use plant-based cellulose capsules, organic magnesium bisglycinate, and pure amino acids. We do not add artificial colors or magnesium stearate.

We recommend taking the capsules with water about an hour before rest or at the end of a workout. They can be taken with a light snack or on their own.

You can easily pay for your order via traditional bank transfer with a proforma invoice or cash on delivery when picking up your parcel. We do not use payment cards or payment service providers.

Posti delivers the shipment directly to the nearest pickup point or, by arrangement, right to your front door regardless of the stairs. Orders placed before 13:00 are packed and shipped on the same business day.

You can return an unopened product in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Once we receive and inspect the shipment at our warehouse in Lahti, we will refund the amount directly to your specified bank account.
